Beth Zustiak
I’m Beth - a former workaholic, serial-entrepreneur, wife, mother, marketing nerd and occasional seminary student. I’ve co-founded multiple successful web-based businesses and worked for a national organization in leadership development. My joy NOW is working to help you find your next steps in your career, and my PASSION is to see business owners succeed in growing in their work by helping them develop solid foundations across their business.
My husband and I live in the suburbs of St. Paul, Minnesota and have three kids at home. Having walked through a long season of pain that included the loss of four babies, difficult marital issues, financial struggle and, just for kicks, a round of meningitis, I am passionate about sharing life transparently. Living fully authentic matters deeply to me and I have a deep desire to encourage others to feel comfortable being open about what their lives really look like.
I enjoy fostering spaces that bring women together to find community and a place to support one another. In addition to my work in my own business, I am also on the Advisory Board for City Mom Collective and work in women’s ministry at my local church.
I buy far more books than I could possibly read, am almost always up for a spontaneous adventure and love to share about anything and everything on Instagram @bethzustiak.

I absolutely love helping others find ways to make work more enjoyable and successful. I’ve founded two successful web-based businesses and worked as a profitable business owner for over a decade, but I also had three not-as-successful business attempts and made plenty of mistakes along the way. I love sharing the wisdom I’ve learned with others in hopes that they can avoid some of the pitfalls that brought me the insight I have now..
I believe in self-evaluation first. Once you understand how you work, alongside some deep honesty about the work that needs to be done, you can elevate the work you do and make a greater impact.
