I’m Beth - a former workaholic, serial-entrepreneur, wife, mother, marketing nerd and occasional seminary student. I’ve co-founded multiple successful web-based businesses and worked for a national organization in leadership development. My joy NOW is working to help you find your next steps in your career, and my PASSION is to see leaders and business owners succeed in growing in their work by helping them develop solid foundations across their business.
I come alongside women like you with a mix of strategic coaching and practical, hands-on implementation. Together, we untangle what feels overwhelming, create a plan that fits your real life, and then take action so you’re not carrying all of it by yourself.
I have spent my career fostering spaces that bring women together to find community and a place to support one another.

I absolutely love helping others find ways to make work more enjoyable and successful. I’ve founded two successful web-based businesses and worked as a profitable business owner for over a decade, but I also had three not-as-successful business attempts and made plenty of mistakes along the way. I love sharing the wisdom I’ve learned with others in hopes that they can avoid some of the pitfalls that brought me the insight I have now..
