Whether you’re in the market for a new job or not, reviewing your resume on a regular basis and ensuring it is up to date is vital. Your resume is a living document, and should change as often as your position or list of tasks does. Keeping it updated not only helps you keep your professional spaces up to date (such as LinkedIn), but a regular review has you always ready for any unexpected future opportunities that may come your way.
